Job summary

Total Staffing Solutions in Aurora, IL is seeking an Assembler to support production goals and ensure precise assembly of components. You will track quantities and durations, and record data in NetSuite on a tablet. The role requires accuracy in measurements and adherence to safety standards.

Shift is 7:00am–5:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as needed. This is a performance-to-hire position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed for duties.
• Operate NetSuite and Delfoi on a tablet or basic computer.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders to production goals at a consistent pace.
• Maintain accurate production quantity and assembly duration records.
• Enter production data into NetSuite for labor tracking.
• Take precise measurements for component fit.
• Report issues or defects to ensure accurate inventory.
• Use air-powered tools, clamps, punch presses and other equipment for assembly.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.

Job Position: Assembler Location: Aurora,IL60502 Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Job Shift 7:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday or OT if needed will work on Fridays Job Type Performance to Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Completes work orders based on production goals while maintaining a consistent and time-conscious pace.
• Keeps accurate records of production quantities and assembly duration.
• Enters accurate production information into NetSuite for labor tracking purposes.
• Takes precise measurements to ensure fit of product components.
• Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defects of parts to ensure accurate usable inventory levels.
• Uses airpower tools, clamps, punch presses, and other heavy equipment for the assembly of products.
• Understands quality control standards and reports any observed quality concerns related to parts or product.
• Follows safety standards as set forth by operating procedures.
• Must feel comfortable using a tablet for the work orders and using NetSuite and Delfoi

SAFETY EQUIPTMENT: Wears mandatory safety gear including a safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves
