Wedlake Enclosure Systems is seeking Assembler/Welders to support our Tulsa, OK manufacturing operations. You will assist with welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components, contributing to safe, efficient production.

We offer multiple openings on 1st and 2nd shifts in a team-focused environment. This role is ideal for candidates with welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly experience who want to grow into a skilled trades career through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of welding, fabrication, or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components.
• Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation).
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Support material handling and positioning (training provided).
• Conduct visual weld checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE requirements.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components
• Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation)
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

What We’re Looking For

• 0-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic.

Preferred

• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) or trade school training.
• Experience with cranes or rigging (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of weld symbols or fabrication processes.
