Wedlake Enclosure Systems in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assembler/Welder to support welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components. You will help ensure safe, efficient production on 1st or 2nd shift in a team-focused environment.

Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring Assembler/Welders to support our manufacturing and fabrication operations. This role assists with welding, fit-up, and mechanical assembly of metal enclosure components, helping ensure safe, efficient production

We offer multiple opening across 1st and 2nd shift, with steady, full-time work in a team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with welding and fit-up of structural components
• Perform mechanical assembly (panels, hardware installation)
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Support material handling and positioning (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• 0-3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and work ethic.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift.

Preferred

• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) or trade school training.
• Experience with cranes or rigging (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of weld symbols or fabrication processes.
