Job summary

Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring Final Assemblers to support our manufacturing operations in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on role involves assembling enclosure components, following blueprints, and using hand and power tools to support final product build with safety and quality in mind.

Training is provided and opportunities for overtime exist. This entry-level to skilled-trades pathway offers growth within a stable manufacturing environment and hands-on, team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, or related industrial environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand/power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and take basic measurements.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly of enclosure components including panels, doors, frames, and hardware.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor guidance.
• Drill, fasten, seal, and perform material handling tasks as needed.
• Use hand and power tools safely (drills, impacts, grinders).
• Inspect work for basic quality and report issues to team leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.

Assemblers (Manufacturing) | Tulsa, OK

Wedlake Enclosure Systems is hiring Final Assemblers to support our manufacturing and production operations. This role performs hands‑on assembly of enclosure components, while operating a variety of hand tools, cranes, and lifts and supporting final product build and helping ensure quality, safety, and efficient production.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with assembly of enclosure components including panels, doors, frames, and hardware.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor guidance.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, fastening, sealing, and material handling.
• Use hand and power tools safely (drills, impacts, grinders).
• Inspect work for basic quality and report issues to team leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
