Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking an Assembler for our Baldwin, WI location to join a weekend shift on-site from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday through Sunday, with pay for 40 hours.

The role focuses on assembling and packaging parts, ensuring compliance with prints and labeling, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift equipment is a plus.

The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a weekend shift onsite role, with hours F-Sun 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. (paid for 40 hours)

Role Responsibilities:

• Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation.
• Package parts and assemblies.
• Ensure compliance to prints.
• Operate test equipment when required.
• Ensure proper documentation with labeling.
• Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Material Handling with forklifts, cranes, carts, etc.
• Display mechanical aptitude
• Quality conscious
• Ability to read blueprints, and understand verbal and written instructions
• High School Diploma or GED is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment

Hourly Pay Range: $23.52

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.

This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
