Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking Assembly workers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in North Mankato. This role involves routine assembly, inspection and packaging tasks, and requires the ability to work independently or with a team while meeting production goals.

Compensation starts at $19.50 per hour with a Monday-Thursday night shift (7:30pm–6am). There is potential for long-term hire and a training window on the 1st shift for 2–4 weeks if needed.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in an applicable industrial setting (preferred).
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates must be able to safely lift up to 55lbs (required).
• US Citizenship Status (required).
• Experience with inspecting and packaging valves and hydraulic cylinders (preferred).
• Ability to assemble and test valves, hydraulic cylinders, or other company products (required).
• High school diploma or GED (required).

This role works internally with other staff and management to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis. Must be able to support several projects and tasks at once.
