Assembler/Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview

This is a hands-onposition that involves assembling medical devicesand performing supply chain management tasksin a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be technically inclined, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Management Responsibilities

• Report dailyon KPI performance.
• Conduct QCP (Quality Check Points)for team members andassistin process improvement
• Identifyand understand variancesfrom targeted KPI levels.
• Present management with action plansto address performance gaps and ensure performance improvement

Production Responsibilities

• Assemble subcomponents like Wire harnessesand other small components.
• Assemble medical devices according to strict FDA guidelines and detailed Work Instructions.
• See Attachment3for an example of a work instruction and the result blockassociatedtoone of these devices.

Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Receive inbound components, verify order accuracy, and perform quality inspections/testing.
• Manage inventory,ensuringaccuratetracking and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company procedures.

Schedule & Pay

• $20/Hr
• M-F 1st shift
