Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking 5 full-time assemblers to join a medical equipment manufacturing team in the Tampa Bay area. Immediate start with full-time hours and a training program for newcomers.

Work Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM options), 4/10-hour shifts available. No prior experience required; paid holidays after 30 days and a clean, climate-controlled facility enhance the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (entire shift).
• Must be able to work quickly and accurately under time constraints.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required – training provided!
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Follow written instructions and diagrams to accurately assemble medical devices and equipment.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and components for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Stand for the entire duration of the 10-hour shift.

Assembly Workers – 3 Openings | Medical Equipment Manufacturing

Location: Tampa Bay, FL

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Shift: Monday–Friday| 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM |4/10-Hour Shifts OR 7AM - 3:30PM M- F

Pay: $15.00/hour
