Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an entry-level assembler/component handler to join our team in Boca Raton, FL on short-term contracts. No prior experience required; you will learn basic manufacturing skills and perform tasks such as simple assembly, material preparation, inspection, and packaging under direct supervision.

Work hours are 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with flexibility across different mandates at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Basic assembly: perform simple, non-complex assembly of components under direct supervision.
• Material preparation: count, sort, and organize materials and components at workstation.
• Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and assembly is complete before packaging.
• Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
• Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.

Responsibilities
