Randstad USA in Spring Hill, TN is urgently hiring assemblers for short-term mandates designed to deliver reliable pay and immediate income. You will perform high-volume, repetitive assembly tasks on the line, tending semi-automatic machinery, and ensuring material flow to keep production moving.

This fast-paced role requires following SOPs, meeting daily quotas, and quickly identifying defects or machine faults.

Qualifications

• High-volume assembly: execute repetitive, high-speed assembly line tasks to meet daily production quotas.
• Machine tending: operate semi-automatic assembly machinery and monitor progress.
• Material flow: keep workstation stocked and stage finished product for next step.
• Process adherence: follow SOPs to maintain uniform quality across volumes.
• Defect reporting: identify and report recurring defects or faults promptly.

• Defect reporting: quickly identify and report any recurring component defects or machine faults that could slow down the assembly line.
