Randstad USA is seeking skilled assemblers to join our network in Lithia Springs, GA. You will perform precision assembly, safely use hand and power tools, and conduct quality inspections on assembled parts.

Basic wiring/soldering tasks may be required, and you should be adaptable to switching between client production environments for short-term mandates. The role offers fixed first shift hours from 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM, with a work setting that emphasizes safety and accuracy.

Your responsibilities:

• Precision assembly: perform complex or repetitive assembly tasks of components or products following detailed schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Tool use: safely utilize various hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimpers, torque wrenches) as required by the assembly process.
• Quality control: conduct meticulous in-process and final visual inspections of assembled parts, identifying and correcting any defects or non-conformances.
• Wiring/soldering (if applicable): perform basic wiring, soldering, or harnessing tasks to connect electronic or mechanical components.
• Adaptability: quickly learn new assembly procedures and integrate seamlessly into different client production environments for short-term mandates.

No bonnets, Scarf-like bonnets, flip-flops, or slides are not allowed when you come through the security gates to start your shift. Acceptable Attire Tops: Sleeved shirts that cover the full torso (cap sleeves are acceptable). Pants & Shorts: Clean and professional pants or shorts worn at the waistband. Cotton twill or denim is recommended. Athletic-style pants or shorts are acceptable (excluding biking shorts). Shorts must be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee. Leggings: Athletic-style leggings are acceptable strictly under the following conditions: Leggings must be fully opaque (cannot be see-through). Shirts must be long enough to cover the derriere. Footwear: Composite or Steel toe boots or shoes. Anyone entering or working in and around the warehouse area must wear protective footwear at all times, as defined in our Protective Footwear Policy.
