Job summary

NewStream Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Power Unit Assembler to perform routine and non-routine production duties for light assembly projects in Springfield, Missouri. You will ensure throughput and quality, adhering to standard instructions and open-book management principles.

Typical shift is 6:00am-2:30pm, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. We offer an ESOP and a 401(k) match to eligible associates, with opportunities for growth within a growing supply chain partner.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using various tools
• Create usable finished product which meets specification within the standard time allowed following all prescribed work instructions
• Report defective materials, equipment, or questionable conditions to the supervisor/manager to identify and correct the root cause
• Perform set-up of tools and work station with parts
• Final inspection of finished product
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Support in-house and off-site education
• Accomplishment of scheduled work within established times
• Follow engineering and quality requirements

What You Will Do

The Power Unit Assembler performs routine and non-routine production duties for light assembly projects. The assembler is responsible for the throughput and quality of the product which is measured to a standard. Actively participates in and supports the principles of Open-Book Management.
