Job summary

SRC Technologies Group, headquartered in Springfield, MO, is seeking an assembler to join the production floor. The role includes assembling major components, performing minor machine set-ups, soldering materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Open Book Management practices and ownership culture are emphasized. Regular hours are Mon–Thu 6:00am–4:30pm with potential overtime on Fri, and strong attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assemble major components using machines and tools.
• Must perform minor machine set-ups and general maintenance.
• Must follow safety standards and wear PPE.
• Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling material.
• Excellent attendance required.

• Follow safety standards and wear PPE in designated areas.
• Maintain exemplary attendance and perform setup, material handling, and minor maintenance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work Monday through Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with potential overtime on Fridays 6:00am-2:00pm.

Job description

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position will perform the assembling of major components, and will perform minor machine set‑ups, general maintenance, and area housekeeping. This position will require decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered. Physical effort requirements consist of regular lifting, pushing and pulling material.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assemble major components using various machines and tools.
• Solder materials
• Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
• Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Work attendance must be exemplary.
• Perform set‑up, material handling duties, and minor general maintenance.
• Participate in the processes of continuous improvement.
• Operator is responsible for all area housekeeping.
• Ability to effectively perform similar positions on the floor at any point in time.
• Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization's goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• We work Monday thru Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with potential overtime on Fridays 6:00am-2:00pm
