Hydrasearch is seeking an Assembler in Stevensville, MD to build hoses, valves, and couplings for marine, aerospace, and defense applications. You will operate drills and presses, grind rudders, and ensure parts meet MIL-SPEC standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assemble product lines (hoses, valves, couplings) following SOPs and work instructions.
• Able to safely operate power tools and machinery in a shop environment.
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job cross-training to support department goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble company product lines (hoses, valves, and couplings) following SOPs and work instructions.
• Safely operate power tools and machinery, including hand drills, grinders, drill presses, and hydraulic presses.
• Grind rudders and other hardware; use bead blast to meet quality standards; mark parts with pin stampers or laser.
