Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is seeking an Assembler III (Painter) to join the El Paso, TX team. The role focuses on painting operations, CTQ adherence, and production process control within a safety-focused environment.

You will work in paint booth operations or automated welding stations, ensuring quality and safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential for incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in assembly or machine operations.
• Relocation sponsorship is not offered; candidate must reside within 50-mile radius of El Paso facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain paint booths or automated welding machines (4D).
• Follow safety guidelines and Eaton's Zero Incident Safety Culture.
• Inspect to ensure CTQ points meet quality standards and report discrepancies.
• Record production data and monitor equipment performance to minimize downtime.
• Assist in training Assembler 1 and 2 positions as needed.
• Participate in lean events and 5S for continuous improvement.
