The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive plan.
Shift: 7:00am - 3:45pm

The Assembler 3 is responsible for executing key operational processes that are critical to the business, delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety required by Eaton. This role requires deep knowledge of essential manufacturing operations at the PCD facility, with a strong focus on safety, product knowledge, critical-to-quality (CTQ) points, and production process control. Employees in this position are primarily assigned to paint booth operations or the automated 4D and Calvary welding machines, both of which are essential to maintaining flow and performance on the production line. This is a highly skilled position within the assembly structure.
