Job summary

Eaton’s ESSG CPSD PRD Power Reliability Division in South Milwaukee, WI, seeks an Industrial Painter/Assembler for 1st shift. You will perform painting and assembly on Padmount Switchgear Units, maintaining film thickness and equipment, while keeping a clean, efficient line. Overtime may be required and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in industrial spray painting or a related course. Forklift operation and SAP literacy are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in industrial spray painting or a 1-year post-high school course in industrial spray painting or coating applications.
• Legal to work in the United States; no relocation benefit.

Responsibilities

• Paint medium to large electrical switchgear, steel/aluminum enclosures and accessories.
• Maintain painting equipment and perform light to medium assembly.
• Set fluids and air pressures; monitor spray application to maintain quality specs (2 mm dry film).
• Operate forklift as needed and keep work area clean.
