Qualifications

• Assemble and troubleshoot hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems per blueprints and specs.
• Experience interpreting schematics, tolerances and torque specifications is preferred.
• Candidates with 3–5 years of assembly experience are favored.

Responsibilities

• Plan assembly procedures and modify parts to complete machines with unique features.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and resolve issues to meet timelines.
• Align components, bolt and test moving parts for free movement, and test completed products.
• Apply decals, logos and safety notices; mount guards and ship the finished product.

Shift: Monday- Thursday- 6 am-4:30 pmPay varies based on skills, experience, and Assembler classification (Assembler I–IV).Job descriptionSUMMARYAssemble and troubleshoot hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems of machines and their subassemblies following blueprints, schematics and other written and verbal specifications.
