Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking an assembler to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and pneumatic/hydraulic tooling, in line with customer specifications and company policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, reporting defects, following safety regulations, and meeting manufacturing schedules under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly or Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints preferred.

• Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
• Set and assemble small, large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision.
• Ability to concentrate and sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
