Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking an Assembler II to perform duties similar to Assembler I with additional training and responsibilities in a fast-paced foodservice equipment environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and precision in assembly tasks.

You will read schedules, assemble components, document activities, and ensure quality through consistent work. This position requires flexibility for shifts and strong reliability to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Capable on the job trainer for machines and assembly cells.
• Trained as back up for Area Lead and for Material Handler.
• Maintains housekeeping standards at all times.
• Performs sanding, polishing, cleaning, assembly and packing tasks as assigned.
• Operate assembly equipment with proper training.
• Read and follow assembly schedules, write tickets and make labels.
• Maintain reliable attendance and be punctual to meet department needs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Work effectively as a team member and communicate status of work.
