• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools, as required.
• Complete detailed documentation and ensure compliance with ISO/cGMP standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Crosstrain and assist in onboarding new team members.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S expectations.
• Participate in required training and company meetings.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, standard work, and applicable quality/ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Support and comply with the Quality System, ISO, and medical device regulatory requirements.
• Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or processes promptly.

Job description

The Production Operator Assembler II is an intermediate-level role responsible for performing complex machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes. This position requires proficiency in multiple production areas, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards. The working hours for second shift are 2:45pm-1:15am Monday - Thursday. OT is occasionally required on Fridays.
