Qualifications

• Applicable work experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Must be a good team player, self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Capable on the job trainer for machines and assembly cells.
• Trained as back up for Area Lead and Material Handler.
• Maintain housekeeping standards at all times and ensure safety PPE usage.
• Read and follow assembly schedule, write tickets and make labels.
