Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years manufacturing experience required.
• Understanding of basic electronic component handling and ESD.
• Must communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Able to perform and learn to test, assemble, and inspect products to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow written manual Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and automated tests on ADTRAN products.
• Assemble products and pack according to instructions.
• Use tools for assembly build and read mechanical drawings.
• Load boxes onto pallets and move pallets with pallet-jack.
• Maintain attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
