Job summary

ADTRAN, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineering Fabrication Coordinator to support Test Engineering kitting, board production, and fabrication of test equipment in Huntsville, AL. The role coordinates departmental and company activities to ensure efficient operations and timely deployment of test assets.

You will enter test data into BaaN/AutoBaaN, pull and verify kits, and collaborate with fabricators to resolve issues. Strong MS Office and data management skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience with spreadsheet, inventory, and database management is required.
• Previous Calibration Process experience is required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
• No certifications required for job entry.
• No travel is expected for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce activities involved in the release of test equipment through applicable Test Engineering and ADTRAN processes.
• Enter accurate test information into BaaN and AutoBaaN.
• Pull kits and verify accuracy.
• Work with fabricators in order to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate data and records of kits, equipment, and locations.
• Manage, maintain, and produce deployment spreadsheets and shipments.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain the Preventative Maintenance database.
• Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company.
