Job summary

Warn Industries is seeking an assembler to work in a fast-paced production environment. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and collaboration to ensure we manufacture high-quality products for internal and external customers.

Under supervision, you will perform routine tasks, follow process instructions, and participate in team safety activities to continually improve production quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; demonstrated mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using standard procedures and tools.
• Follow process instructions and blueprints to ensure quality.
• Inspect parts and products for defects using inspection devices.
• Mentor and assist less experienced assemblers as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Respond to production needs and rotate through stations as required.
• Communicate professionally with team members and other departments.
• Complete special projects to support department goals.
