Warn Industries in Oregon is seeking a dependable assembler to contribute to high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Working under supervision, you will perform assembly tasks, follow process instructions, and help ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will collaborate with team members, adhere to quality policies, and support various stations as production needs require, while maintaining accuracy and timely completion of assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; demonstrated mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assemble parts using standard procedures, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow process instructions, blueprints, and team guidance.
• Adhere to Quality Policy and inspect finished parts for defects.
• Use manual and power tools to build sub-assemblies and mount components.
• Collaborate in safety meetings and process improvements with the team.
• Mentor less experienced assemblers and support training.
• Complete special projects and rotate through stations to meet production needs.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
