Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an assembler to join our US production team. You will assemble gasket plate heat exchangers, follow diagrams and blueprints, and perform quality checks. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.

You will maintain a clean workspace, document assembly data, and participate in 5S routines, cross-training opportunities, and team collaboration to meet daily goals and ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Quality checks against standards and specs.
• Complete production forms and record assembly data.
• Follow SOPs and blueprints in daily work.
• Engage in 5S, KAIZEN, and cross-training activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work for defects and ensure accuracy to standards.
• Document production forms and assembly data.
• Follow daily work assignments and SOPs.
• Report deviations to leaders and update status boards.
• Suggest improvements to SOPs and processes.
