Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an assembly specialist to build gasket plate heat exchangers by following blueprints and SOPs. You will use hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment.

You will report deviations, participate in 5S/KAIZEN initiatives, and help cross-train across manufacturing processes while contributing to Alfa Laval’s continued success and improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and SOPs.
• Willingness to work with hand and power tools.
• Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gasket plate heat exchangers following SOPs and blueprints.
• Report deviations to leadership and update status boards.
• Participate in 5S and KAIZEN activities to improve waste and efficiency.
• Record quality data and comply with company standards.
• Cross-train across manufacturing processes as needed.
