Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately.
• Good listening skills and ability to follow oral directions.
• Comfort with using electronic devices and computing systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic assembly tasks to required quality standards.
• Follow written build instructions and use diagrams and change orders as needed.
• Assemble, crimp, and prepare components according to work instructions.
• Operate hand tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Maintain assembly records and ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Support continuous improvement and update processes and work instructions as needed.
