Job summary

DR Power LLP in Whitewater, WI is seeking an Assembly I/II/III for 1st shift to assemble products, validate materials, and follow detailed work instructions while maintaining safety, quality, and PPE standards.

Assembler I handles basic tasks, II handles more complex assembly and ERP use, III leads problem solving, training, and continuous improvement. The shift runs 5:00 am–3:00 pm Tuesday–Friday with a pay rate of $19.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with assembly in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read work instructions and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per work instructions and tolerances.
• Validate materials before assembly and maintain PPE compliance.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and assist training.
• Support continuous improvement and problem solving.
