Job summary

DR Power LLP is seeking an Assembler I/II/III for a weekend shift position in Whitewater, WI. The role involves performing assembly work to manufacture products to quality standards, with emphasis on material validation, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The Assembler I/II/III will progress from basic to complex assembly tasks, training peers as needed and adhering to PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of complex assembly or related experience (Assembler II).
• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience (Assembler III).
• Internal: Demonstrated Assembler II/III competency.

Responsibilities

• Uses work instructions, drawings, and equipment to assemble per specifications while following safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Assembler II/III: train other employees and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and supports other departments as needed.
• Develops and maintains understanding of products and their impact on the business.
