Job summary

DR Power LLP is seeking an Assembler I for the Oshkosh, WI facility to perform assembly work meeting quality standards. The role involves validating materials, following instructions, and adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

The position requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, read simple diagrams, and use basic hand tools in a manufacturing setting. Overtime may be required, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses drawings and schematics to perform assembly while following safe and effective operation standards.
• Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develops and maintains understanding of the products and their business impact.
• Participates in team meetings to exchange job related information.
• provides basic training to employees on work instructions/standard work as needed.
