Job summary

DR Power LLP is seeking an Assembly I/II/III professional for a 2nd shift in Whitewater, WI. The role involves performing assembly tasks per specifications with PPE and safety compliance, while validating materials and following work instructions. Training responsibilities increase with level, and continuous improvement is encouraged.

The position offers a 3:15pm-1:15am shift, with a base pay of $19.10/hour plus a $2.50 shift premium, and is full-time on site. Previous ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; II/III level indicates more experience.
• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience preferred for higher levels.
• Demonstrated competency in Assembler II/III roles or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uses work instructions and drawings to perform assembly while following safety and quality standards.
• Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and assists training of new/other employees.
• Lead problem solving and implement countermeasures at higher levels.
• Develop understanding of products and their impact on the business.
• Suggest improvements to equipment, designs, and processes to boost safety, quality, and productivity.
