Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Mankato, MN is seeking an Assembler 1 to join our full-time team. You will assemble generator sets and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools, following quality and procedural instructions.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and U.S. work authorization with no sponsorship. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Crosstrain and assist in multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures; contribute to departmental continuous improvement.

Position Summary

As the Assembler, you will assemble generator sets and sub-assemblies that include both standard and non-standard product lines. Assemblers will use hand and power tools and following quality and procedural techniques.

What You Will Be Doing

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic ability to perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
• Capable of solving practical problems and adapting to changing technology.

Mental & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.frequently.
