Having created this new lane, we have a unique opportunity to serve as the global leader in the business, technology, and science of recovery, and to bring life-changing help to many millions of people.Job PurposeThe Assembler Manufacturing - temp supports ROMTech’s production operations by assembling subassemblies and components used in medical devices within a team-based manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are built in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), contributing to safe, compliant, and efficient production processes that support ROMTech’s business objectives and patient care solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential DutiesAssemble subassemblies and components in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawingsRead, interpret, and follow assembly instructions and documentation accuratelyUse hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete buildsPosition and align parts manually or with hoists, fixtures, or other aidsInterface with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) to log assembly transactions and track workPerform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipmentFollow all safety procedures, GMP requirements, and manufacturing protocolsCollaborate with inventory control, quality assurance, leads, and supervisors as neededStand for extended periods and safely handle materials during full production shiftsOther FunctionsParticipate in training sessions and apply learned skills on the production floorAssist with inventory handling or movement of materials using appropriate equipmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processPerforms other related duties as assigned to support operational and business needsJOB QUALIFICATIONSSkills and AbilitiesRequired:Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic ability to use hand and power toolsAbility to follow safety guidelines and GMP standardsComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred:Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsPrior exposure to GMP-regulated environmentsExperience working with lifting equipment or assembly aidsWork Experience RequirementsRequired:Previous assembly or manufacturing experienceExperience working with manufacturing tools and machineryDemonstrated adherence to safety protocolsPreferred:Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environmentsERP system experience (NetSuite preferred)Education RequirementsPreferred:High school diploma or equivalentPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsThe following describes the physical demands and work environment characteristics required to perform the essential functions of this position.
