Job summary

The AZEK Company in New Jersey is seeking a dependable assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform basic assembly, use hand tools and small power tools, and follow written work orders and diagrams to complete tasks.

No prior assembly experience is required, as training will be provided. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to read and write English, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic assembly tasks such as fastening, gluing, or cutting components.
  • Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble millwork products.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders and diagrams, to complete assigned tasks.
  • Quality Control: Check components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Notify supervisors of any quality issues or assembly challenges.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE; maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve assembly issues.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
