Job summary

MKS in Wilmington, MA is seeking an Assembler 2 to join the Sensor Department. You will assemble and test units in a cleanroom environment, performing a variety of electro-mechanical assembly tasks and hand soldering per blueprints.

The role requires 1+ years of related experience and comfort with Windows-based computers. You will participate in wiring, cable harnessing, and set-ups, with opportunities for discretionary annual bonus and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with assembly operations and following blueprints.
• Able to perform wiring, hand soldering and cable harnessing.
• Ability to set up and adjust to blueprint tolerances.
• May test equipment and products.

As an Assembler 2 at MKS, you will assemble and test units in the Sensor Department.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Performing a wide variety of electronic, Electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units
• Make set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
• May be responsible for testing equipment and products

• 1+ Years of job-related work experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Windows based computers

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $16.70 - 27.83 USD per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
