Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an Assembler 2 to join the Sensor Department. You will perform a wide range of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly tasks and test units to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires following defined methods, performing hand soldering, and building cable harnesses in a cleanroom environment. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range, a discretionary annual bonus eligible by performance, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Performing a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations.
• Follows methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Make set-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• May be responsible for testing equipment and products.

• Set up equipment and ensure tolerances meet blueprint specifications.
• Assist in testing and validation of assembled units when required.

This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
