The ideal candidate has prior assembly experience, follows standards procedures with minimal supervision, and actively contributes to continuous improvement efforts.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Stand for extended periods (often 8–12-hour shifts).

• Push/pull carts or equipment.
• Handle small parts with precision.
• Ability to use hand and power tools repeatedly.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks.
