Job summary

M-B Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, Wisconsin, is seeking assemblers for the 1st shift to build surface maintenance equipment according to blueprints and specifications. You will assemble components and verify fit and finish to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include wiring and soldering electrical components, testing for leakage and continuity, and ensuring proper calibration.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets and schematics.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Use hand and power tools and inspection equipment; crate, pack and move finished goods.
• Report lot codes of components used and record assemblies built.
• Disassemble and replace parts; assist staging parts for painting as required.
• Enter information into computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and forms.

Position

Assemblers are responsible for building surface maintenance equipment according to blueprints and written specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assembles component parts for products according to established specifications, schedules, and standards of quality.
• Fits, trims, aligns, and adjusts parts and components, along with attaching hardware and sealing assembly.
• Solders, lugs, routes, and ties electrical components, along with calibrating unit according to specification(s).
• Tests installed parts and accessories for leakage, continuity, and functionality, along with performing inspections to ensure assemblies comply with applicable requirements.
• Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies, along with reworks, repairs, or replacing faulty component parts.

Qualifications
