Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with handling small delicate components.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, cable, harness, and PCB sub-assemblies following drawings and work instructions.
• Complete basic assembly operations: hardware installation, wire preparation, torque tools, and related tasks.
• Read production documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect finished work and verify quality standards.
• Maintain safe work environment by following safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Support Lean and 6S continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to production goals and client commitments.
