Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
  • Experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production is helpful but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams.

  • Complete production and quality documentation as required.

Job Summary

Full Circle Recruiting is seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers for positions supporting our manufacturing client in Conroe, Texas. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in a manufacturing and production environment.

Assemblers will be responsible for assembling components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and production requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts, components, and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, drawings, and production specifications.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for proper fit, quality, and workmanship.
  • Identify and report damaged parts, defects, or other quality concerns.
  • Maintain required production rates while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Properly handle and organize materials, components, and finished products.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
  • Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.Work cooperatively with supervisors, leads, quality personnel, and other production team members.
  • Perform additional production or assembly duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
  • Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
