Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Sumter, SC is hiring four manufacturing associates for the night shift (4 positions). Pay rate is $15.50 with a $1.50 shift differential, totaling $17.00 per hour. Shift is 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

with a 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off schedule. Requires a high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; steel toe shoes required. Eye exam and color vision test may be required; eye exams are offered on select mornings.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involved in fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, perform maintenance on and troubleshoot equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specs.
• Adhere to SOPs and quality guidelines; work in a team environment.

Candidate start job assignment while background checks are pending once all criminal background checks have been completed.

F Shift work schedule- 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.

Candidates with previous work experience in a manufacturing work environment will have first preference.

Must pass eye exam before new hires can start - *Eye exam will be required contingent upon a hire.

This role requires 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses; and/or the successful completion of a color vision exam* Eye exam available dates and time: Tuesdays and Thursdays in the morning.
Steel toe shoes required.
Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.? High school diploma or equivalent.? Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.? Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.? Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.? Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.? Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.? Has good attention to detail? Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.? Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.? Physical Demand ?
