Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking candidates for 1st shift to perform fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices. You will set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment while following SOPs and quality guidelines.

The role includes conducting quality inspections, collaborating with teammates, and rotating to different tasks as needed. Positions require reading English specs, basic math, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills understandable by co-workers and supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Ability to get along with people and work in a team environment.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods; may lift at least 50 pounds.

Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) to two (2) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
