Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Sandy, UT is seeking a manufacturing assembler to join our night shift team (Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM). You will fabricate, assemble, test and package medical devices, and set up, operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Quality inspections on the processing line may be required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required) with 0–1 year of assembly experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Must read, write and understand English specifications and perform basic math.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools such as microscopes.
• Flexible and/or extended hours, regular punctuality.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices; sets up, operates and troubleshoots equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications; adheres to SOPs.

Job description

• Pay rate to worker $17.50/hr
• Shift work hours Monday-Thursday from 3:00 PM to 01:00 AM, (2nd shift)
  Interviews in person

• Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required. Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations. Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
