  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards).
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ASSEMBLER I

Fort Worth, TX 76177
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Full-Time | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an Assembler I to assemble parts and components into finished products or sub-assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This role follows work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable
  • Ability to meet production metrics in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read assembly drawings or blueprints
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Basic math skills for measurements and counts
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic assemblies
