Job summary

Job Store Staffing is seeking anAssembler for a client in the Centennial area. TheAssembler will assemble components and products per established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $21-$23 per hour. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who are comfortable with small parts and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and procedures

Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Functions:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and established procedures
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to completeAssemblerproduction tasks
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and proper fit
• Follow detailed instructions, drawings, and production specifications
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity
• Identify damaged, defective, or improperly assembled components
• Complete required production documentation and records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Experience & Necessary Skills:

• Previous manufacturing, production,Assembler, or warehouse experience preferred
• Mechanical or electronic assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, follow, and understand written and verbal instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Ability to maintain consistent quality while working in a production environment
• Dependable with good attendance
• Willingness to learn new processes and skills
