Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Walnut Ridge, AR for 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay rate is $13.00 per hour. You will assemble products, inspect finished work, and support safe, efficient factory operations.

Duties include repairing tools, inspecting quality, packing items for shipment, and entering data. Education: HS diploma or GED preferred; prior assembly or production experience beneficial.

Job Duties

• Repair drills, jig saws, and other power tools
• Inspect repaired tools to ensure proper operation and quality
• Package completed tools for shipment to customers
• Enter repair and tracking information into computer systems
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete required Bosch orientation and onboarding paperwork

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
