Job summary

Novanta Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will read assembly instructions and technical drawings, assemble components and sub-assemblies, and ensure parts meet specifications.

Work safely in a clean, organized environment, inspect parts for defects, follow procedures, and collaborate with teammates to maintain productivity and quality on the line.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or willingness to learn with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and manuals.
• Ability to use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) safely.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures.
