This position is part of Novanta's Robotics & Automation business unit. ATI is the world7s leading developer of robotic end of arm technologies. Summary

The Assembler I will be responsible for assembling and testing components to create finished products. You will collaborate with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in the production process.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, technical drawings, and schematics
  • Preparing and assembling components to create finished products
  • Operating machinery and equipment used in the assembly process
  • Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the production process
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
  • Must be able to solder small gauge wire
  • Capable of using magnifying devices to assemble and solder small assemblies
  • Have experience in assembly, testing, and operating machinery in manufacturing
  • Have mechanical abilities and a high level of precision
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions with general reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Be detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy
Compensation & Benefits
  • The base pay for this position is $34,105 to $54,530 per year depending on the geographic market.
  • Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
